I began my editing journey with 'happy birthday' montages for my friends and family, exploring click-and-drag transitions on programs iMovie to Final Cut Pro X. My curiosity and excitement drew me to the vastness of creative possibilities in After Effects and, eventually, Avid Media Composer during my BA(Hons) degree at Screen Academy Scotland. At this point in time, I just wrapped my undergraduate BA in Film with First Class Honours and am now studying MA in Film to expand my knowledge of the craft, programs and theories. Film editing brings out the best in me, as I strive to be a visual messenger that brings stories to life using motivated cuts in sequences. With each project I am brought upon, I become more attuned to the power that editing holds in creative mediums such as film.
